The Gentlemen who arrived to do the work were not only courteous, but most importantly on time and diligent when the work began. The only complaint I had was not having all the material on hand, which added to the total hours charged; however, this does not change my opinion on how they performed the work and how it looked and worked in the end. They were great.

Its,impossible to have everything on hand, I do my best to make sure I have everything before I get to a job.The item she needed was special.Home depot was far from her house in rush hour traffic.Im licensed and insured professional, that has to charge for his time or i will go out of business.

I was charged $215.00 for basically nothing. He could not fix the problem with the fireplace. And the repair of the smoke detector consisted of nothing more than changing the battery. Somehow you would think the price paid would have some relation to the work done. Especially, when the time billed for was primarily for an issue he could not fix. Also, did not have formal invoice - he had to write one on a piece of paper. Not very professional.

Im sorry mr B. felt that way.But I cannot satisfy %100 of costumers %100 of the time, no matter how hard I try.He left out that the smoke detector was 20 feet up,he also left out that i fixed the ceiling fan that wasnt working until i cleaned one inch of dust out of the motor,I even went the extra mile and cleaned the blades for him.The fire place, There was nothing wrong with electrical part of it.There was something wrong with the gas part of it.But on the other hand I did leave my money reciepts at my house, and had to ma... read more
