The company did not get pre approval from us to do any work on our rental nor to go out, yet we received and invoice for $110 and all they did was spray WD-40 and re-attach a garage sensor wire.They are super shady with their business. If you dont want to get screwed, go with a different company I understand you should be paid but you cant bill someone who didnt sign to have work done. Bill the correct people to get paid. Im sure you understand how business works And how to get paid
