Avoid like the PLAGUE. Hired Tom to put a fence around the property and signed a contract saying it'd be done on such and such date. It was not done on that date or even a week after that date. Additonally he will take your money and never return... After the project was done we went around and took pictures of things we'd like fixed including gaps in the fence and how they left concrete protruding from the yard. Tom was hired back in November for a deck. He has taken 75% of the money, and has never returned. My relatives thought they did their due diligence asking about previous poor reviews, and he explained them off as whiny customers who maybe didn’t realize materials would be left on-site. Now looking back at it, they were unfortunately taken advantage of. I work on real estate investments on the side, and this is the first AWFUL contractor I’ve had to deal with. PLEASE learn from my relatives pain, and DO NOT give him a chance.... read more
