Amazing service. I gave them a call and they got back to me within minutes and were able to book a same day appointment to figure why my ac was not cooling. The tech Donald was awesome! he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get my home cooling again!
Donald was awesome. He did a great job in a short amount of time. It's nice to have cool air again. However I cannot understand the justification of $268.00 for a $20.00 part. Even if the price is doubled because you have the part on hand, that would mean the labor charge was $228.00 for less than a 1 hour job. I understand that weekend rates are higher but that seems quite exorbitant. I was also told it would cost $119.00 to come out on the weekend, which I agreed to but I was charged $129.00.
