We've been using Heritage delivery at our home for a few years out of habit, but with the coupon I decided to venture into your location. The service has been friendly, professional and generally outstanding. The lady who seems to be the main customer service person is very personal and goes out of her way to make me happy (sorry - I don't know her name yet. She has long black hair). I also liked the note that came from you thanking us for our business. Dependable has become our new dry cleaner.
