Our reputation has even taken us into parts of Tarrant County. Call to get our address for Tarrant County drop-offs. We want to be your full-service carpet workroom, therefore we offer free pick up of your carpet purchased from any store in our service areas.

Geoff did an amazing job restreching out carpet. He took his time to make sure it was done right. This was the second time he has been out to my home for a repair, and both times I was thrilled with the outcome. Goeff is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work.
Y’all I am over the moon with our new rugs that we just got back from Geoff at Dependable carpet services. Not only was he so helpful and kind but he did an amazing job serging one rug into 2 rugs that are perfect lengths for my hallway and main entrance now. Turn around time was less then a week, and it was insanely affordable. Geoff took his time helping me figure out how and where the best places would be to cut the rugs to get the design centered at the measurements I want. You won’t be disappointed!
Excellent quality and service at a reasonable price! I chose my carpet and ordered it from Lowes - Dependable picked it up when the order came in.... very convenient! They are very knowledgeable and communicated well. They cut, binded and backed the carpet and delivered the finished product in less than a week. I highly recommend this company!
This is my second time working with Dependable Carpet Services and it has been a pleasure working with them. Geoffrey provides the best customer service and shares good advise. His knowledge and skill in carper cleaning and repair far exceeds others in the carper business. He did a spectacular job on our carpet as my carpet looks as good as new. I will definitely recommend Dependable Carper Services to anyone.
Dependable is the right name. I dropped my carpet off to be cut and bound on the cut edge. I was contacted next day and when sure we were on the same page the following day I was advised they were ready. When I picked them up yesterday and put them on the floor I was delighted. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. Great Job!
