Avoid this company. Very unsatisfactory service. If you have an alternative option other than this company please use that alternative. I contacted 'Dependable' for a replacement windshield the 1st day they were meant to come they told me the windshield did not arrive from their supplier, so I rescheduled. Extremely POOR Customer Service!! Up until now, we have been a customer of Dependable Auto Glass for quite some time. Last week we made an appointment with them to install a windshield on one of our customerâs vehicles. When the appointment day came, Dependable didn't. They explained that unavoidable delays and problems through-out their day made it so that they were unable to service us that day. great service I called all over for a new windshield and a new side window..... this was the cheapest place and I was able to get in right away the service was great. Thanks for the great service.
WORST EVER! WORST EVER... cancelled on TWO appointments, last minute, despite week-long notice for EACH appointment. They didn't even tell me why. I was FURIOUS. You're really taking a gamble when you use this company... you will go out of your way and be very, very disappointed.
