Martin is an awesome man who knows the Real Estate industry in and out. From the appraiser side to the investor side he seriously knows how to do his job and well.
We needed a home appraisal for a step-up in basis and Dependable Appraising was referred to me. Marty got back in touch with me the same day I reached out to him; he was very friendly and professional. The price was very fair, and the appraisal was back within a week. There weren't many houses sold similar to ours in the area, so he had to expand his search area a bit to find comparable sales. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
