Tim and his crew were very helpful when my ac unexpectedly stopped running in the middle of a heat wave! Called Tim who had done some work for me before and he immediately came out that day to do a service call. Unfortunately my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced, Tim gave me very competitive quotes on several options and scheduled the work several days later while we were out of town. He replaced the unit and when I returned the unit was up and running and working beautifully! Recommend highly!

Word of advice .. When a cross walk guard in front of school is in the middle of the road letting children cross it becomes a automatic stop in every direction 🛑 you must wait till children safely cross the road and the cross guard has exited the middle of the road and hand held stop sign is down. I have used Tim for years. In my old house I had him check the A/C every spring to make sure it would be OK for the summer. He used to tell me if I replaced the system I would save $100 to $200 per month. I thought “yeh, yeh, right.” Finally after the refrigerant (R22). could not be produced any more, I said yes replace both units. He was right, my electric bills dropped $100 to $200 per month. Can’t thank Tim and the guys over at Dependable Air enough!! Our ac went out and they were able to make it within days to install a new unit even during the busy summer season here in phoenix. They were Fast - Reliable & Professional. Install was exceptional from start to finish and they even stayed to clean up when everything was finished. I did lots of research through about 6 local ac companies and Dependable Air was by far the best deal. No doubt about it! So thankful for them and I highly recommend!
