I just had Tim come and installed a new smart thermostat that I tried to have installed last year from another company and they just threw their hands up and said I didn't have the proper wiring. Tim came out checked all my wiring and installed my new Ecobee smart thermostat with no issues and it was done in less than an hour. Great service, this is the company to call

Tim and his crew were very helpful when my ac unexpectedly stopped running in the middle of a heat wave! Called Tim who had done some work for me before and he immediately came out that day to do a service call. Unfortunately my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced, Tim gave me very competitive quotes on several options and scheduled the work several days later while we were out of town. He replaced the unit and when I returned the unit was up and running and working beautifully! Recommend highly!

Word of advice .. When a cross walk guard in front of school is in the middle of the road letting children cross it becomes a automatic stop in every direction 🛑 you must wait till children safely cross the road and the cross guard has exited the middle of the road and hand held stop sign is down.
