I'm not under any illusion that there exists "honest" utility companies. However, I lived in many different types of units in many states and this does not operate like a reputable, legit, official utility company. From the wix looking/operating website, to the inconsistent phone support (meaning they frequently don't answer the phone during operating hours). The name has no correlation to water and/or sewage. They expect you to install the outrageously priced receiver yourself. The $3.50 per month charge to be able to pay online is atrocious with technology today that is pure profit for them. Also make sure your HOA management is reviewing their monthly report for freeloaders. Dependabill Solutions always gets paid. Freeloaders are costing the homeowners money.
