The worst company I have ever dealt with. They stopped billing and never told me they are very incompetent, terrible customer service. I've never seen them come out to read the meters and always had an excuse as to why the could not read the meters accurately. It made me give them one star before I could post but they don't even deserve that.

My condo building recently switched to this company. No issues getting going. I also had an account change I needed to make. They responded so quickly via email, and had the change processed almost immediately. Usually you can't even get email support like this from a utility billing company. Thanks!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to start service with this water company. The first representative Nancy I spoke to rushed through everything and gave me major attitude when I asked her to repeat herself. It felt like she didn’t want to be on the call and acted annoyed that I needed help. Hoping it was just a bad interaction, I asked to speak with someone else. I'm not under any illusion that there exists "honest" utility companies. However, I lived in many different types of units in many states and this does not operate like a reputable, legit, official utility company. From the wix looking/operating website, to the inconsistent phone support (meaning they frequently don't answer the phone during operating hours). The name has no correlation to water and/or sewage.
