I'm not under any illusion that there exists "honest" utility companies. However, I lived in many different types of units in many states and this does not operate like a reputable, legit, official utility company. Phone service is does not work. No matter which option you choose (operater, billing, new service or extension connect), they all result in a 30 seconds of silence then the call drops. I'm calling at 11:30 on a Tuesday so that is before lunch on a weekday. No excuse.
I dislike this company with passion. The rate for paying online is outrageous. Late fee is too much. Is like HOA wants to keep home owners in dept by using them
