The bus drivers are always late and when I called the company there phone was out of service. I am extremely turned off by this .
I just had one of their buses try to run me off the road in Chelthenham. I beeped the horn at the driver, and she used obscene gestures and was cursing while she still had little children on the bus. I tried to call and report the driver (called 4x) and no one answered the phone!
Horrible Bus Company--Do not book with them. They are never on time and act like it is your fault. Horrible service, showed up 45 minutes late. Then the bus broke down.
