I went to Depawsitory to find some dietary supplements for my pooch who is having issues with allergies and medication. Ali immediately provided me with not only a great recommendation but also the education so I could understand why a certain solution was better for my dog vs other options. I also love that they carry Fromm Dog Food! This is our food of choice and I'm glad I can purchase it at a local establishment. Not only is this a great place to work, I LOVE(D) shopping here before I even started helping out. Such knowledgable owners with a lotta love to give to all the other fur babies in the Fox Cities. Every question I've ever had about my own dog, has been thoroughly answered with exceptional solutions. Thank you Depawsitory for being so wonderful! I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!! Showed up at the Source for an event...DePawsitory was a no show. The Source politely apologized, but not so much from DePawsitory. Very disappointed.

We are very sorry about not attending your event. We were at the Appleton Common Council meeting getting Dogs in Parks passed for the City of Appleton.
There was to be an event that I and several animal loving friends were going to be attending at the Source, but it was cancelled with no notification, and when friends called out the store for its lack of notifying anyone, they blocked them from commenting further. I get if something comes up, but if you refuse to acknowledge customers or reassure them of why they might upset with a last minute cancellation, then you won't be in business for much longer.
