DePawsitory really knows their dogs! They've helped me find great stuff for our very active puppy. They are so knowledgeable and fun to visit! Casper loves it there!
we spent 10 minutes in the store while the lady yelled her purchase order over the phone and her dogs barked at us the. entire. time. (and obviously we are dog lovers, that's why we're there). condiscendingly said "OH" and returned to her phone call as we told her we were browsing (browsing to purchase). my friend stood there waiting to pay for 5 minutes, money ON THE COUNTER and she was not even acknowledged (until we turned to leave). she didn't even LOOK UP! very poor customer service as the same friend that wanted to pur... read more
