Terrible post sales service. Purchased a 2019 Jeep from them on 5/1/23.Had issues with brakes within 24 hours was promised it would be taken care, it has not and now I don't even get return calls. I would recommend Matthews or Goldstein over these guys.

Purchased a vehicle a month ago and 3 days after having the vehicle I started to notice some things wrong with the vehicle . I have only driven the vehicle 2 of the weeks and it has been in and out the shop the rest of the weeks. Was told they are not fixing the issues because it cost more than the value of the vehicle. Or that they did fix certain problems but still making the same noise! Make sure you have a attorney on hand when dealing with depaula preowned lot! Big rip off
