After a pretty bad accident with my 2021 Mazda CX-30 that left me virtually unscathed, my husband and I went back to DePaula Mazda to buy an updated model after it was proven to be safe. Cody was pleasant, helpful, and down-to-earth throughout the process. We definitely recommend him. Ben, as the finance manager, was knowledgeable and supportive of our needs. I had a very disappointing experience with DePaula Mazda on Central Avenue. Two 12-volt power outlets in my Mazda stopped working. When I brought my vehicle in for a regular oil change, I specifically asked the service department to check whether the problem was simply a blown fuse. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that they had checked it and that the problem was NOT a fuse.
