Took three trips to them for them to tell us our key fob isn't working (which is why we brought it in) and $190. they believe it need to be reprogrammed for $406.11. And they offered to do $1540.00 worth of work the car needs even though they are they ones who have been doing the up keep. DON"T GO HERE!!!!!

After calling to schedule an oil change, I believed my appointment was for this Friday. When I arrived, I found out I was actually scheduled for the following Friday. Since I had already made the trip and I travel a long distance to this dealership, I was frustrated because I had planned my day around the appointment. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but the Service Department at DePaula Mazda truly deserves the recognition.
