Will not be going to DePaula Ford service ever again. Have been faithfully taking my vehicle there for service since picking it up new in 2020. Almost every time I pick it up after service there has either been body/paint damage or a mechanical problem that was NOT present when I dropped it off. NOT one time has the dealership taken responsibility for anything! All that happens is that they contact the tech who denies anything.
