This place is exactly what people call it The Death Hospital. No one has called to let me know my uncle passed. He was fine one day and gone the next. It’s just ridiculous.
this is 911 trip #4 for us this year, IIRC, and this was the first time my wife requested transport, usually i make the call. the staff was helpful in spite of the lock down due to the covid and mutation. wife was just sick, had high BP, and the ED sent her home. whether you're on the bad end of a life-threatening infection, or it's just a bad day, these people are the best you could reach out to. just say Thank You.
