My daughter has missed a month taking her allergy injection because DePaul clinic failed to follow up on the prescription faxed to her allergy doctor to get a correct fax number. By the time I called (2 weeks later) and got the number for them to fax it to then bad weather was here and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the injection med to arrive. I am very disappointed in how this was handled by DePaul.
I went in to be seen and when I walked in the lady at the front desk looked like she was distributed. I asked for a mask and I told her my name and what time appointment was scheduled for, she breathed hard, sat down grabbed some paperwork for me to fill out and handed it to me. I grabbed it and said thank you, not one word back from her. I sat down and thought to myself, why should I sit here and be treated this way when I already don’t feel good.
