I've been coming to the park community health center for almost 6 years so far. I like my doctor I like my nurse, but was really making me hate this place is the RUDE Front desk, workers specifically, the one with the red hair. Every time I come, she has an attitude with me even if I'm getting checked in or asking her to check me in she has an attitude. I had an issue with a scheduling discrepancy as a new patient. I booked an appointment for March 23rd at 12:00 PM and received both email and text confirmations. However, when I arrived, I was told my appointment was actually scheduled for March 25th at 12:15 PM. When I brought up my confirmation, the initial response from the front desk was dismissive and lacked professionalism. Staff is absolutely disrespectful and rude they hate doing their job and have no social skills I don’t recommend people bringing their children to this type of environment.

This place is awful. From the rude front desk workers to the Nurse Practitioners. I only stuck around here wishfully hoping Dr. York would make a reappearance and start seeing patients again.. but it’s time to find my kids a new and better pediatrician. I’ve had horrible experiences here and I wish I had time to go into details but it’s way too much to type. I really wish I could give this healthcare facility 0 stars because that’s what it deserves.
