This place is awful. From the rude front desk workers to the Nurse Practitioners. I only stuck around here wishfully hoping Dr. York would make a reappearance and start seeing patients again.. but it’s time to find my kids a new and better pediatrician. I’ve had horrible experiences here and I wish I had time to go into details but it’s way too much to type. I really wish I could give this healthcare facility 0 stars because that’s what it deserves.
As I am writing this review my daughter still hasn’t been seen for her 8:30 appointment and it is now 9:30am! What’s the purpose of having an appointment for a specific time but you’re waiting an hour just to be seen for a physical. If I was late arriving then I would’ve been asked to reschedule! The MA never bothered to check on us not even with an update of the provider status! I had to walk out and speak with a representative at the front desk to get an update! This is unacceptable and unprofessional to the highest power!... read more
They are not always responsible, the nurses treat you well, then they make you wait up to an hour for the doctor to see you and I think that is a loss for the patient. They should also be more responsible. I RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE. IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME HERE.
