Have you ever wanted to be so frustrated you pull your hair out and wonder why it's so hard to get anything done. Well boy do I have the place for you.. I've been going here for 12 years, and I have had to fight for the care I need over and over. It should be this hard to get treatment or medication. This is literally bottom of the barrel health care. They don't listen and they don't help. Do yourself a favor and get regular health insurance don't waste your time in this place, it's simply not worth it.
The staff here are just wonderful. Treated my dad with care and dignity in his last days with us.
I think we have all heard the stories about the VA, but my experience is much different. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful, friendly and courteous. If I even appeared to look lost someone will stop and ask me if I need help. From the entrance at Jefferson barracks to doctors, lab and pharmacy, they are all good people.
