This clinic and people are great.
I just want to say these people here are really nice, the only thing that sucks is having to wait so long in between primary appointments but it’s free healthcare so you should just expect this and make a couple of appointments ahead of time. The registration lady is absolutely wonderful and so so helpful each and everytime I have visited. I also love that this Va has partnered with awesome programs to help with pain and health issues - outside of traditional medicine. I had a long and grueling terrible military medical care & experiences while active duty. Since being out Eglin VA has been awesome. Receptionists all friendly. Quick responses on secure messaging. Only complaint is long wait times for PCM appointments but you can’t blame them since manning issues have been happening across all VAs.
