I have dealt with Dr Ogaick and Dr Ginther. Both were completely personable and respectful. They explain things well and never once did I feel “talked down to”. This made me feel more involved in my own treatment and not just blindly following medical advice.
Lady on the phone was very rude right off the start then hung up on me even though there was no verbal altercation lol.
