Incredibly great experience. I had an issue with state sales tax filing for a business and needed help. The representative was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a government agency. Proud to have this type of service right here in Alexandria! Also, the buildings' interior is beautiful and security (RPSO) was super friendly!
they will ignore your phonecall on purpose for 2-3 hours just to say they cant help you right after.
