Don't go here. The staff are horrible. When I called last week, they made an appointment for me under a name that was not mine and processeded to hang up on me and bully me. The manager on duty processed to tell me that he has information on me that I never told him and he wanted to argue with me about my name. He also admitted that he has a spy or private investigator following me to give him information on me.
I love Liz, she is a positive encouraging and positive motivational healthcare worker, I appreciate her services ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✝️❤️.
City clinic at one time had an amazing staff. Recently I’ve had a not so stellar experience . After requesting a month extension of prep due to scheduling conflicts with work . A member on the prep team was highly unprofessional ,rude and violated the Hippocratic oath . Withholding my medication and hanging up in my face . Due to her lack of effective communication , Disregard of my time, and abuse of power . The refusal to assist me in accessing my medicine leaves me vulnerable.
