I have appreciated the women and men who work here greatly. They are thorough, knowledgeable and proactive. The amount of time it takes to register and be seen is proportionate to the number of clients in the waiting room. I've never had to wait long.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at San Francisco City Clinic. I arrived as a walk-in right when they opened for STD testing and treatment, and I was immediately registered and seen by a doctor, Ina. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and patient-centered—truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a healthcare setting. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I waited over an hour outside the door before being called into the exam room, only to wait another hour with no one showing up. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much time waiting without any updates or communication. This experience left me feeling like my time and health were not valued.”
