Pretty sure the only people receiving assistance are friends and family of the people who work there. The level of incompetence and stonewalling should be criminal. The physical location randomly closes whenever they feel like it, if you have he opportunity to pull a numbers in the lobby, they will help you in whatever order they chose and direct the overflow of people to call a dead end phone number where spending 3 hours on hold and being hung up on is the norm.
