The people in this office are all drones that refuse to do any actual work. They will gladly enter anything into their system that you go out of your way to acquire. They will go out of their way to figure out how to deny you benefits but do nothing to help you get them. Must be nice to work for one of the only agencies that encourages you to make your clients work harder than you. Micah probably has the most condescending attitude you will ever encounter. They’ve got a major superiority complex they need to work out. I have never met someone with such a smug and judgmental attitude towards the community he’s supposed to serve. It’s disgusting honestly how he treats people. Please fire him, or better yet Micah find a job that isn’t in customer service because this isn’t your strong suit.

I don't know who updated this to be over at 2021 North Montana but the public health and human services and opa are two separate locations and this is the wrong address for Department of Health and Human Services main office. It takes months sometimes to update an address on googles end. I think that was the issue here in the beginning of this move.
