We have had a great experience here. Candice Marti, MSN, CPNP is a fantastic provider. She is not only knowledgeable and personable, but she is very thorough in her notes and conversations. She clearly prepares for her visits. She took the time to call me late on a Friday night to deliver results we were anxiously waiting. Thank you for everything Candice. The admin team is also great, getting us in with the right department within a few days notice. Front desk check in is friendly and smooth. Large waiting room with TVs.
They also weird too why will neurology have hour they have to do 24 hours 🤬🤬🤬
If your child is having neurological issues don’t bother. Head right over to Mass General. Children’s was the worst care we’ve ever experienced. Zero communication, zero bedside manner, rearranges appointments and cancels appointments with no contact, never gave us the right information to properly prep for testing and then points fingers in every other direction instead of taking accountability for their missteps. Very good neurologist, bud very bad they never respond the phone at all….. I don’t know y they have people in the front if we can do the appointments true the portal, the NEVER NEVER Respond so bad
