I was taken on time and was very pleased by Dr. Friedlaender’s manner. He explained clearly what was needed to deal with my issue and immediately sent me for an X-ray. Within the hour I was looking at them on his computer and he and I together agreed on a plan for going forward. I felt I was in good hands.
Dr. Friedlaender is simply the best.
This was my first visit with Dr. Friedlaender. He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. He explained my condition and told me to return to my orthopedic doctor. And to return in 3 months as a follow-up. Considering the Yale Hospital name, I was a bit nervous. But Dr. Friedlaender allayed my fears! It was a great visit!
I was seen within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. Dr Friedlaender was extremely cordial and professional as was his team and the reception staff at 800 Howard Ave.
