Horrendous wait times for a pediatric eye doctor's appointment. It took us over 2 hours for what should have been a 15 minute appointment. And they wanted us to show up 20 minutes early! For what? To be held captive for longer? They should have told us to stay home and come in later!The waiting room is tiny, dark, and has zero entertainment for young children. We will be finding a different doctor outside of Boston Children's for our four year old's future appointments. Absolutely absurd.
Amazing doctors and staff. I have been taking my daughter since she was 3 months old and I would never consider going anywhere else.
Was not seen due to booking appointments 3 months out but I just have to say the gentleman on the phone was so courteous and gave me more information than I asked but helped clarify a few questions about insurance, referral and recommended I ask my PCP to reach out to them for sooner booking. WOW! I work in customer service so to have this type of support is inspiring. Thank you!!!!
