Hold time and callback process was a bit frustrating but I did receive a callback after an hour. Roel provided excellent customer service once I received the call back.
Has to be the worst credit union ever and I will be returning to Navy Fed promptly. Been with them over 6 months and since the first month I’ve faithfully put more than $5k in my account (whole by the way I have to call in and have the money switched to my checking because they won’t give me a regular account for some reason) from my job and other incomes. This credit union should close! The customer service is the worse take your money else where.There millions of dollars in the hole I wouldn't be surprised if the managers are all fired it's awful take your money to Navay Federal or a bank.You definitely don't want to work there they don't know what there doing
