This credit union should close! The customer service is the worse take your money else where.There millions of dollars in the hole I wouldn't be surprised if the managers are all fired it's awful take your money to Navay Federal or a bank.You definitely don't want to work there they don't know what there doing
Exceptional Customer Service
Worst credit union I have ever done business with. Waited 2 weeks for an auto loan payoff. I don’t even want to refinance but I am doing it just so I can actually speak to someone on the phone or get answers about my account when I want them. No after hours customer service for a debit card that I can’t even use to pay a loan that I have with the bank ! “No accounts available “ when you try to transfer money to pay on the loan.
