This is the worst credit union I have ever work with. Do yourself a favor and stay away or leave. They have wasted hours of my life and will waste yours. It you are member here please keep a lawyer on retainer you will need it. The ceo name is Thomas Domingue please send complaints to him.
I have been a member for over 30 year. This Credit Union has changed for the worst in my opinion. I have granted my only child (in late 40s) Power of Attorney over All my accounts with no restrictions. I had to resubmit the Power of Attorney forms multiple times. To which my son still didn't receive Power of Attorney status. At this point I couldn't understand what was the problem and went in person with my son to make sure this was taken care of. Today, 2/28/25, I called the Labor CU to renew a certificate of deposit (CD). I told Amelia, the Labor CU I was speaking with, that I wanted a new 1 year CD at a rate of 4.09%, which the Labor CU website stated was available. Amelia then incorrectly told me that I could not get a new CD at that rate because I would need new money to do so. Of course, Amelia was absolutely incorrect. Update - time to change banks. I waited for 30 minutes to withdraw funds from my account while waiting for one customer to finish up. No shared banking, no zelle transfer, no way to retrieve funds without a debit card! Only one location.
