Been a member for many years, got my husband and son an account as well. There services have really went down. I was recently laid off work, needed assistance with my car loan and personal loan. I was pretty much just told to watch it and make sure it doesn't go into collections. Every week I call them about taking me off overdraft and everytime they say someone will call me back. Still waiting for almost 4 weeks for a call back. Tried calling again today for the 4th time today but the recording kept hanging up on me.
good rates, bad staffing (staff themselves are not bad, when they finally pick up phone, just short staffed and slow to process anything)
My experience is always pleasant at my credit union.
The DOLFCU is a very user friendly CU. I am so pleased with the services I received daily rather by phone, in person or any other method.
They are now down to one branch but service is still good
