The worst place to go 2!! Employees r incredibly inept and extremely undertrained! Takes months 4 them to b done w any kind of process. Insurance is supposed 2 b done in no more than 45 days its been over 100 days ( almost 4 months) of me and my CM trying to get them updated and still waiting. Snap takes no more 30 days and it took them 90 days to update and that's because my CM and we're on top of it. Horrible experience dealing w such ineptitude.
