Everytine i call they never answer my call and it takes hours to actually talk to someone. everytime i get to one i be on hold for 30 minutes and then it just stop working. long wait time then have to call back again.
Cuts off majority indigenous communities often in order to accept everyone in the European American communities. This is the 4th time getting rejected this year forcing us to have food insecurity artificially. This should not exist if it's what we consider helping,!
This office should have been closed down along time a go. I filled out my renewal for my EBT over 6 months ago and never received a decision. I reapplied for a EBT again over 4 months ago still no decision and when I applied again last month I received a letter saying I had to have a phone interview and my worker will call 12/4/24 between 9am - 11am and today is t12/6/24 and still have not received a call or a decision. Legit on hold for almost two hours only to be told they are closing for the day and I cannot be assisted. I don’t know what needs to happen here but it seems perhaps the team members hate their jobs and being on the phone, why not take better care of your workers? They wouldn’t ALL act this way if they didn’t hate their job. IT STARTS at the TOP.
I hate that I had to even get one star if I could have gave no stars I would have this is the worst DHS office in history they do not scan your paperwork in on time they try to say you didn't send things in that you sent in they do not answer the telephones they let it ring all day pick it up hang up on you and then you have to repeat the whole process all over again this makes no sense that I've been trying to get in touch with someone for about 2 weeks this is ridiculous an unacceptable everyone at that office needs to be ... read more
