2 hours waiting on the phone with no answer.
I called to report my child has been taken out of the country illegally. Transferred to a line that the admin was absent and cannot take anymore messages. I called back and they said there is nothing we can do. That is not ok.
I give a high rating because every person I ever talk to there is very nice and seems to genuinely want to help. Greatly appreciated!!!! There is one thing I'm very curious about tho... Ok so I look up the time the Portland office opens and it says 8am. I get the # dialed and as soon as the clock turns to 8 on my PC (also turned 8 on my phone at the same exact time) I make the call and get the "all representatives are currently busy helping other customers" and shortly after get "the avg wait time is something like 2 hours" ... read more
There number doesn’t even work, wft not to mention when I call a different number I can’t get a hold of anybody!
