The front desk individuals are very helpful. They do their best to help you & will do what they can. The office is quiet and professional. The waiting room can accommodate kids but it is not kid friendly. There is never a long line and those who wait, do not wait long. The bus stop is close.
I called to ask a simple question and the lady gave me an attitude for no reason then lied and said they never got the fax when they did.
