Terrible experience at the Mandurah Branch this morning when applying for the national rental affordable scheme I was rudely advised I’m not entitled to any help, when in fact it states in the policy eligibility limits. The woman was rude and just assumed I wanted money for bond which is not what I was there for, she made me feel confused and didn’t try to help me with what I actually needed help with.
