god awful service. stay away. took me over a week while interest accrued just have them accept a payoff. had to make several more calls just to close out my savings. still waiting on that.
I recently got a HELOC from my lender and it was quickly transferred over to DoCFCU and it has been a nightmare, I can't seem to transfer funds out of the account in more than small increments. Customer Service (if you can call it that) has been very little help. At one point even suggesting I "go to a branch", mind you there branches seem to be in the Washington DC area, I live in NJ. This relationship has definitely not started well!
