Mistake to go here.
I was hospitalized here and was very mistreated during my stay. Staff treats patients like animals. They ignored me when I said I felt like I was going to pass out and when I was walking back to my room I fell unconscious in the hallway.
I was a bit scared at first when I arrived, as it's like in most mental hospitals, but I was almost melancholic to leave after I got comfortable. The staff were caring and understanding, and I gained lots of friends here! They're quick to get you on new medication if needed but also provide AMAZING counseling services that truly blew my mind away with the insights it gave me about my mental health.
Do not take your loved ones here! I listened to five people at the nurses desk discuss patients and their problems openly with criticism. I watched the psychiatrist refuse to bridge someone's medication when requested by outside mental health officials He clearly stated he doesn't help people on the weekends for meds and they shouldn't bring the poor guy suffering there.
