John DePaolo was conscience to details on my exterior paint job of my home. It is evident his company is centered around integrity and honesty. His crew completed the job quickly and I’d definitely recommend them.
I made an appointment with them on Tuesday for a Friday morning estimate (a rare day off for me). After waiting for a half hour after our scheduled appointment I called . He told me he forgot about me. Obviously not reliable. I am disappointed. I could have scheduled other estimates or just used my time differently. He didn't even seem apologetic which just made me more mad. Very disrespectful. In a world were we have so many options on how we spend our money, I do not suggest this company.

DePaolo's House Painting did a fabulous exterior painting job on our house in Spokane. One of the best service companies I’ve ever dealt with. They were detail-oriented, had a very positive attitude and did a top-quality job.
