I just returned from my 3rd experience with the professionals at DePalo & Sons. They were extremely courteous, accommodating and friendly. My back window shattered in the heat (for no apparent reason) just days before I am to turn it in as the lease is up. Customer service was excellent as they needed to find a supplier quickly, given my short time frame. It was completed, earlier than promised, and my car came back spotless and sparkly! Thank you for the wonderful experience... I highly recommend your business!!
I have had two fabulous experiences with DePalo and Son’s Their work is of superior quality and their pricing is competitive The customer service is truly outstanding. Outstanding experience at DePalo and Sons Auto Body!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are a pleasure to work with, very attentive! Everything is done as promised, on time and done perfectly. Our truck looked brand new after being repaired. I was especially impressed with daily email updates on the progress of our repair!! I will definitely use them again for my cars, they’re GREAT !!!!!!!!!!
