Dr. Depalma carefully goes through everything and makes sure you understand what is going on. His bedside manner is wonderful!
Excellent. Wonderful staff. He explained very clearly what was wrong with my feet and the treatment he was going to do. Will definitely return.

Dr. Depalma is an excellent podiatrist! He knew I was a little fearful of having an injection so he did everything to calm me down and was very professional! I have been back numerous times and I have never waited past my appointment time. His secretary is also very professional and did everything to accommodate me!

The staff at Dr. Depalma's office is not very friendly. They will not see you unless you are exactly on time. I arrived three minutes late and the receptionist insisted on rescheduling me even though I could hardly walk. Apparently it messed up their day of patients. She showed no concern for my condition, only that of her day running smoothly. The staff at any Doctor's office is the face of their organization. Today they lost a patient.

We pride ourselves on rarely having to ask our patients to wait for an extended period of time (and having patients arrive on time is very helpful in achieving that) but we certainly do not turn patients away at the door for being 3 minutes late. This patient never came to our office (they called while still driving, already late) and they were offered a different appointment time later that same morning. (SDS)
Dr. DePalma is kind and gentle but most of all, competent. He has relieved me of a lot of pain and has given me a new lease on life. I could barely walk when I went to see him. He provided immediate, short-term relief and provided a treatment plan to resolve my foot problems permanently. I am very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone with foot problems.
