I would give zero if that was an option. This new rule of paying before an appointment is absurd. When I scheduled my appointment, the person I spoke to didn’t mention it. I received a text that appeared to be a reminder, but it was actually a QR code for booking. As a loyal customer for over four years, I would have been confused and thought that was my confirmation text. Now I my schedule is all messed up because of that.
