There's lots of gym available if you want lose weight and get stronger. I just wont go to them. I need a trainer and this guy is the real deal. Deon will push you more than you will push yourself without killing you. The workouts are different every time I go so I never get bored. It's HIIT, strength training, cross fit, boxing, tire flipping, footwork etc. In 2 months I lost 14 lbs. I can see my abs again. I feel stronger and look better. Go see him. You wont regret it.
