Got an exam, 2 new pair of lenses and a new set of frames, spending over $600 with insurance coverage. When I picked up the frames the script was so wrong they are unwearable, can't read a book and it gives me a headache to put them on. Took our three-year-old to him. When they figure it out we were not going to order glasses from them the lady at the desk was very pissy. The pupil distance given to us was 45 when hers is actually 55. So very unhappy.
