I I absolutely love my CrossFit gym! The programmed workouts are challenging but always modifiable based on my skills or injuries. The community here is incredibly supportive during the workouts; everyone is friendly. The facility is always clean, and the AC is a lifesaver during the hot Arizona summers. Has been working with the Coach for many years as well as people in the gym. It’s a great place to do my workout (CrossFit and OLY), nice people and great coaches. Everyone there is like family who always encourage you. Can’t find a better place to workout. Love it here.
