I'm writing this because I had a great experience with Deo at his dealership Deo Motors. He had a Prius I was looking for, 2022/2023 for a price slightly above my budget. However, my budget took into account the, sometimes so random, fees that thus far, other dealerships liberally added onto the posted price which would push the final amount well past my budget.
