My mother sees this physician & recently you call & leave a message & never get a return call. She has surgery coming up & needs clearance. Kind of hard to get your surgery done this way

Dr. Shapovalov is a very knowledgeable, extremely intelligent, and very thorough neurologist with a bedside manner second to none. If you have neurological issues or even think you might have neurological issues, this is, without reservation, the doctor you want to see.
Dr Shapovalov is my husbands neurologist. My husband has. Dementia and epilepsy. Dr Shapovalov is so kind, understanding and compassionate with him. And he has a good sense of humor. I am so glad we found him! His office is clean, and well kept. The staff members are all very professional and super nice.
Mild mannered, extremely informative, listens and answers questions, office great rapport!
