My provider Kyle Faulkner did his best but I would avoid this clinic if you're a medicaid patient. They didn't bill medicaid for any of my visits which is a violation of their provider agreement. I got terminated after raising concerns about them avoiding anything but first line treatments. Anything but first line requires a prior authorization request which they systemically avoid I assume because theyre avoiding a medicaid audit. Sydney has the weirdest lowest not exciting energy I ever seen from a Healthcare worker. Very irrogant person through and through. I feel bad for anyone that is being seen by her
Avoid this practice at all costs. I've experienced both discrimination and confidentiality issues here that have caused great personal harm.
Lauren is such an amazing psychiatric nurse practitioner. You can tell she cares about her patients and not just their mental health but everything about them. I am so thankful she is a part of my journey.
