If I could leave no stars, I would. I am a Colorado based wedding coordinator. My issues with the company began back in September in which DWRC was due to deliver and set up chairs and drop off some decor. They delivered, but never set up chairs. Our experience with for our wedding was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite making arrangements well in advance, their communication on the day of delivery was poor and unprofessional. They dropped off the rental items in a dirt-filled driveway, leaving everything exposed and difficult to access. The issues didn’t end there. They failed to coordinate the scheduled pick-up as agreed, causing unnecessary stress after the wedding. DO NOT USE Denver Wedding Rentals. They did not give us all the items we ordered for our wedding, and many of the items were not as advertised. They are difficult to get ahold of and refuse to make things right and refund us for the items that they did not deliver. Terrible service, do not trust them.
Wonderful to work with for chair rentals for my wedding!
Chairs and tables were delivered filthy. Family members had to spend over an hour just wiping everything down. Pick up was late and had no communication from the company.
