I've shopped here many, many times for over 25 years, and it seems that I end up at True Value at least 3-4 times a month buying odds and ends to maintain our Park Hill Home. Until today, I have never been really disappointed in the service. It used to be that this business hired knowledgeable and pleasant staff. That day has long passed.
