The thing I hate the most is the lack of Matinence. Wendy the matinence person does not do her job well. I told her many time in the last 2 years for caulking the the bathtub and she never does that. Also I have notice many cracks in the wall. We need a new matinence person that can do a good job. We also need more security like cameras and a security guard. At night some times I hear loud door slamming and it scares me sometimes. I also have bug problems and they hardly spray.
place is trash
This place is absolutely horrible. Stayed with my mom for two weeks. Bunch of false reports made and cops time and mine were wasted. Landord is shady, called to tell me my mother didn't want to see me anymore and that I would need police escort back on property to collect my things, but mom said she doesn't know anything about it, and there was no criminal trespassing warrant issued. Don't think she realizes I'm an attorney (amongst other things) so not sure but considering my politcal position in town, may proceed with laws... read more
