Mark is a good guy and helps when needed
I rented an enclosed space for five months. The place is clean I had access 24/7. Having a covered heated garage, the price was reasonable and again, very clean.
Beware!!! We rented from them for over 3 years. We set up automatic payment with our credit card. It was all working out fine. They decided that they did not want to take credit cards any more and would not invoice us, but charged us late fees when it was not paid on time. We asked that they invoice us, but they would not. We worked it out and paid the late fee. Even paying our rent 3 months in advance. Rates start out reasonably, but they add in extra cost along the way.
